Sharan Birring heads the legal team at Addison & Khan Solicitors’ Central London office. After graduating from King’s College, London, Sharan was called to the Bar and continues to be a member of the prestigious Middle Temple.
Sharan also has experience in the public sector having started her career at the Refugee Legal Centre, where she represented asylum seekers and those requiring legal aid in both initial applications to the Home Office and First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal Appeals. On several occasions Sharan has had cases heard in the High Court. Sharan is a formidable advocate and ensures that the best interests of her client are represented throughout the judicial process and has enjoyed considerable success in both private and legal aid practice.

Sandeep Sandhu

Sunny has been working in the immigration sector for 4 years. He is a highly skilled and experienced caseworker with particular knowledge of Tier 2 work, family settlement and Tier 1 entrepreneur applications.
Sunny has developed a strong client base of UK businesses on account of unrivalled experience in obtaining sponsor licences, and is the ‘go to’ for businesses with Tier 2 enquiries. Sunny obtained his Degree from the University of Westminster before passing the OISC level 1 exam and joining QLA as a Caseworker.
He previously worked at Hatton Cross Immigration and Asylum Hearing centre, as well as at Isleworth Crown Court, both of which gave him valuable knowledge of criminal and immigration law in practice. Sunny’s close proximity to the Judiciary gave him an invaluable insight into how cases are managed and how best to present cases in Court. Sunny is known for being direct with advice and his problem-solving skills, and his perseverance in obtaining successful outcomes on behalf of clients is his key strength. Sunny joined the firm in 2014.

Anita Erabi is based at our London (Ilford) Office as a trainee solicitor. She joined Addison & Khan Solicitors in 2015 as a Paralegal. She is a LLB (Hons) graduate and she completed her Legal Practice Course at City Law School.
Anita has been working in our Immigration law department handling a broad range of matters including initial entry clearance applications, extensions of leave to remain, Asylum applications and preparing for appeals. She also has experience in family law matters dealing with divorce and child arrangement applications and some experience in conveyancing (lease) matters.

Mohammed Wazed

After successfully completing Bar Vocational Course from The City Law School, City University, London and currently studying Legal Practice Course (LPC) final stage at University of Law, UK, Mr Mohammed Wazed Ali, started his career as an Immigration Lawyer in 2009. He joined Addison & Khan Solicitors in April 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. He works in complicated areas of Immigration Law and has succeeded in a great deal of immigration cases for clients who were over stayers in the UK for many years. His practise areas also include Family Law, Wills & Probate, Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Conveyancing.
