Director of Addison & Khan Solicitors who possesses two decades of professional legal expertise in UK immigration, personal injury, family and other legal matters. He started his career as an entrepreneur after successfully completing his solicitor’s portfolio from BPP University London. Prior to this, he worked as a solicitor for England & Wales for various different firms. He has dealt with thousands of clients across the globe such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Philippines, Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia, Trinidad, Nepal, UAE, USA, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Yemen, Egypt, Brazil, Kuwait, South Africa, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Mauritius, Albania, Vietnam, Brazil, China & other countries.

Khalid Banday is a Director at Addison & Khan Solicitors. He is an LLB graduate and completed his LPC at London Metropolitan University. He has been working in our Immigration, Family & Personal Injury Departments as well as handling a broad range of matters including initial Entry Clearance Applications, Extensions For Leave to Remain, Asylum applications, and preparing for Appeals. He joined Addison & Khan Solicitors in 2016.

Moshiur Mian is a Director at Addison & Khan Solicitors & a senior solicitor whose practice comprises of an array of areas including but not restricted to civil and commercial litigation, employment, property and business affairs. Moshiur represents clients from different walks of life from individual litigants to business organisations. He worked as a solicitor in the same firm for 6 years before joining Addison & Khan Solicitors in 2015. He qualified as a solicitor in 2009.

Neil is a Senior Litigation Executive specialising in civil litigation, insolvency, personal injury, medical negligence, professional negligence and contractual and building disputes. He is also a longstanding member of BNI UK (Business Networking), a Practitioner Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and works closely with a number of local and national charities. He began his career as a solicitor’s clerk in 1968 and has worked in litigation ever since.

Zulfiqar Ranjha is a Senior Legal Consultant who deals with all areas of Immigration including corporate, family, points based systems and human rights. He is an expert in dealing with Judicial review applications, Court of Appeal matters, litigation, and family law. He obtained a Masters in international commercial & trade law from Coventry University.

Senior Solicitor who is experienced in a broad range of general civil litigation, criminal litigation, immigration and commercial and residential conveyancing. He has played a central role in the gathering and preparation of evidence, in major civil and criminal trials, dealt with immigration cases all the way to Judicial Review. This has involved extensive research, interview of witnesses and liaisons with foreign jurisdictions. He has worked very closely with counsel including QC and expert forensic accounting witnesses. He has dealt with numerous cases from initial instructions to trial and appeal.

Shariful Palash is our Compliance & Accounts Manager and has various experience in dealing with legal matters. He has an LLB from the University of London which he completed in 2013. He is also a caseworker for our immigration and property department. He joined the firm in 2014.

After successfully completing Bar Vocational Course from The City Law School, City University, London and currently studying Legal Practice Course (LPC) final stage at University of Law, UK, Mr Mohammed Wazed Ali, started his career as an Immigration Lawyer in 2009. He joined Addison & Khan Solicitors in April 2021 as a Trainee Solicitor. He works in complicated areas of Immigration Law and has succeeded in a great deal of immigration cases for clients who were over stayers in the UK for many years. His practise areas also include Family Law, Wills & Probate, Personal Injury, Landlord & Tenant and Commercial Conveyancing.

Raheel is a qualified Chartered Accountant who leads our accounts department. He has experience in various sectors of accounts including legal, property consultation and practice firms. He has expertise in bookkeeping, VAT & Company accounts.

Bushra Hassan studied law (LLB Hons) at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated in 2021 with an Upper Second-Class Honors Degree. She Joined the firm in August 2021 and is a part of the immigration, family and property team. Bushra is also continuing her legal studies and is seeking to qualify as a solicitor in the near future.
